CANCELLATION & LATENESS POLICY

If you are feeling ill, you may now cancel your massage or stretch any time prior to the appointment start-time with no cancellation fees by emailing us at [email protected] To safeguard the therapists’ time, no-shows will still charged 100% of the service fee, so if you can’t make it, feel free to send a friend in your place. In case of late arrivals, your session will end at the originally scheduled end-time so the client following you is not penalized. If you have ANY questions at all, contact us by email or phone as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee.
